Very professional, called about an issue and they responded in a very timely manner and went out of their way to be sure we were taken care of.
Honest about the actual problem that needed fixed. It was not as bad as I was expecting! They could have "repaired" the issue that I believed was the problem and charged me alot more...I know plumbers that would have taken advantage of the issue and done just that. They also repaired an issue with the toilet that I had not discovered when I scheduled the service call. Very pleased with the service guys...very nice and very polite! Brown's plumbing is a great locally owned company.
Great service!! Punctual, fixted everything! And left the bathroom spotless! And not horribly expensive! We will definitely use Browns again and recommend them!!
