Our entire lower backyard was flooded after a visit from a tech. We left a voicemail thinking, “Hm. It’s very strange that our pump is now gushing water immediately after a technician just came out.. and now they are not responding to our voicemails or calls.” When we finally got a hold of them, we were told that this issue is “not their problem now”, and basically were disrespected verbally over the entire duration of the phone call.
