Great Professionalism I recently got my windows replaced on 7/8/13, by Tony and Bob. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I'm really big on professionalism and I had no worries once they walked through my door. They left my house in the same condition it was in when they got there, expect with BETTER WINDOWS!! Thank you Appleby, you did it again.
Judy When we purchased our home, even though it was a newer home, the picture window was leaking. I called Appleby and purchased a new one. What a difference from the Builder quality window we had. Wow, you can see the quality with just one glance. We are very happy and will call Appleby again when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows.
Was told, "I could throw my contract out the window." An absolute nightmare! $40,000 for a 500 square foot basement and bathroom which did not include any bathroom fixtures. We chose Applebee Systems because of their promise of service and satisfaction. After my husband returned from Afghanistan, we decided to finish our basement. A Great Experience I had Appleby Windows installed in my entire home (21 windows) about 18 months ago. I had other companies come to my home with estimates but I can tell you every penny I spent with Appleby was worth it. Not only are the window awesome, the service is incredible. I had a problem with a window on Saturday, called on Tuesday and Nathan Mercer was at my home on Thursday to fix it. From the owner to the general manager to the field installation personnel we dealt with the most competent and friendly people. The roof over our deck required a special design due to the overall size. It will last for many many years. definitely 5 stars!
Outrageously priced bullies I canât speak to the quality of the actual windows, because on principle I would never buy from Appleby. Their sales practices border on bullying to get you to agree to laughably high prices. I Love My Appleby Windows! We had Appleby Windows installed a few months ago and I have to say, they are everything they said they would be and more! Well worth the money! The first thing we noticed was the quietness inside our home and overall noise reduction. Then came our electric bill, which was averaging $300 a month...after my new windows...$120 a month!
