Had Brown's plumbing and heating come out a second time this week for a new water softener this time. Rudy and Brady were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Very unprofessional, called whith a simple question about purchasing replacement parts and instead of helping me out Arc felt he needed to laugh in my face repeatedly and offered no help not even a recommendation of where I could get the part. Arc just refused any kind of help unless I would pay for an appointment just to answer where I could find the part. Way to go above and beyond buddy. You won't be getting any business from me. When I call a professional I expect you to act like one not a clown.
Had Browns come out on a very very short notice as my blower on the furnace was not working for air conditioning, Ryan was the service Tech who came out, he was polite, knowledgeable, and very detailed in explaining what he was going to do, long story short, he checked EVERYTHING, inside and out, nice young man, would definitely get Browns again!
Ryan L did a tune up on my 3 year old AC that was having issues cooling. He was able to fix the problem and answer all of our questions. Great job!!!
