Brown’s was quick to have a tech come out to our Niverville home and do an assessment of our concerns. Friendly fast and skilled people working here not only resolved our problem but cost us only the call-out fee. A straight honest fix that was at a fair fee. Thanks Brown’s we will be using you again and recommend your service to everyone.

I had my furnace replacement with Brown’s. The service was great, the technicians Hailey, Marvin, and Kirsty were nice and hard working. But the downside was that the furnace was a bit pricey.

Quoted me $1,390.00 as their 'customer supplied' hot water tank installation price. This is for a hot water tank that was covered under warranty, that I offered to go and pickup the replacement from the plumbing supply store myself. A local company quoted me $200 to $300 plus fittings. Ended up doing it myself for under $150 in parts.

Had Brown's plumbing and heating come out a second time this week for a new water softener this time. Rudy and Brady were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Very unprofessional, called whith a simple question about purchasing replacement parts and instead of helping me out Arc felt he needed to laugh in my face repeatedly and offered no help not even a recommendation of where I could get the part. Arc just refused any kind of help unless I would pay for an appointment just to answer where I could find the part. Way to go above and beyond buddy. You won't be getting any business from me. When I call a professional I expect you to act like one not a clown.
