Renting a storage unit should bring peace of mind, but my experience has been far from reassuring. I rented a unit under the management of a previous operator Browns Plains Self Storage (before Storage King took over recently). During this time, a former tenant caused significant damage to the gate by reversing into it, compromising the facility’s security.
