Brown’s pharmacy has a friendly & helpful staff! They have everything you need, and it's great to support a locally owned business.
I cannot recommend Brown's. The only good thing about Brown's is most likely you will get the correct medication, and the cashiers are usually quite nice. However, the actual customer service - processing prescriptions when promised, communicating with doctors, even processing prescriptions AS WRITTEN by doctors - fails on all levels. I have used Brown's for more than 10 years. Actually longer, since they were in the old building, but the changes in them recently are beyond reasonable. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 40 years. Love supporting independently owned businesses.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I have gone here several times over the last 3 years. I went in today to see how much my scripts would cost without insurance. I am worried about losing my job, so I am trying to budget. Instead of helping me, the pharmacist/manager told me and the entire store that it was too early to fill my meds and it was illegal to do so. I never asked to fill them, nor did I saying anything about getting them early I simply needed a price. She made me feel like a drug addict trying to play the system. ... read more
