Great communication and friendly service
Great people and they provide excellent customer service and they get back to you in a timely manner. which is nice considering a lot of people/ companies it takes a couple days before you hear anything. So I would give them five stars for communication.
Stephanie was wonderful, she helped me with my storage unit. Simple, easy clean unit.
Booking was fast and easy. Really liked that I was able to select my own unit from the site. Unit was ready within minutes of booking. Very easy process!
Needed to get a storage unit in Chesterton and I can't say how easy and quick it was to do this online with Intra-lock. You just check to see what sizes they have available, fill out the online rental application, make your payment and it's ready immediately. SO easy and convenient!
