We bought my fiancée’s pre-owned 2018 Outback at this dealership. When the time came to do an oil change, I (a former mechanic) could not loosen the oil drain plug because the awful oil and tire techs decided to put the fear of god into the drain plug and over tightened it. We said forget it, take it back to the dealer and let them do the oil change, hoping maybe it was a rookie mistake and the plug would be torqued to specification. Quick oil change in 30,000 mile service took about 3 hours. Excellent staff
Update: 2nd time I've gone and they have suggested unnecessary services. Said I needed a new battery for the cost of $588. Went to my auto shop and battery would be $238 and when tested battery was fine. Said u needed brake fluid flush, my shop looked at it and said it was fine. Wanted a couple hundred to change engine and air filter, I bought both for $66 and changed them myself. Took me less than 5 minutes. 1. They are not trustworthy 2.
