I cannot recommend enough the team here. My tire popped one afternoon and I managed to get here at 5:45. They close at 6, and so I had a sinking feeling I'd only be able to get my car the next day. Meredith (one of the front desk service workers) could tell I was in distress (I was) and made the call to see if any mechanics would stay late to replace my tire. We bought my fiancée’s pre-owned 2018 Outback at this dealership. When the time came to do an oil change, I (a former mechanic) could not loosen the oil drain plug because the awful oil and tire techs decided to put the fear of god into the drain plug and over tightened it. We said forget it, take it back to the dealer and let them do the oil change, hoping maybe it was a rookie mistake and the plug would be torqued to specification.
