I’m really disappointed at this dealership’s finance department and overall customer service for that matter because they never Answer the phone. It took me calling several times and having to go in person for them to process paperwork that should have been completed. Really good at taking your money but TERRIBLE at returning your money if needed. Typical business practice right!
Went here for the first time and got a safety inspection. Eddie Alomia was very helpful and respectful.
I cannot recommend enough the team here. My tire popped one afternoon and I managed to get here at 5:45. They close at 6, and so I had a sinking feeling I'd only be able to get my car the next day. Meredith (one of the front desk service workers) could tell I was in distress (I was) and made the call to see if any mechanics would stay late to replace my tire.
