Mixed review on my experience. Took a few days to consider my feedback before writing. The good: Loved the front of house staff. Had a great experience working with Ceaser who took my wife and me for a test drive. In addition to Ceaser, had a positive experience with the manager Todd, who worked through negotiating a final price with me, and did so while staying calm, fair, and reasonable. Didn't buy from here, but had to leave a review because of Andy. He was straight-up transparent and responsive the whole time — no games, no runaround, which is rare in this industry. The only reason I went elsewhere was a color combo another dealer happened to have in stock. If you want a sales manager who actually gives it to you straight, ask for Andy.
Went to this place just to shop around but ended up getting my dream minivan. Bryce was great and everyone was very nice and helpful even when my kids got stir crazy. Thanks guys! 😁
