I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Browns from repairs to watch batteries. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m not after the cheapest price but rather the best result.

Quoted me $79 to resize a ring (smaller). Also told me it would be over a week to get it done. Tried to negotiate to $50 and was rejected . Got it done at a gold shop on Sydney road in around 30 mins, and they only charged me around $32. Too big of a difference to not leave a review. Edit : It was much less of a drive to get it done with you guys. I didn't say I got quoted $50, I asked you if you could do it for $50 and you declined.
