Great watches! Very friendly staff
Very disappointing service. Inherited ring, stone had fallen out, 5 months later and several phone calls to ask what is happening with ring. I forgot to pick up when ready after another 2 months I finally picked up my ring. It's no wonder I didn't receive a phone to remind me the ring was ready, absolutely devastating. $295 later, I now need to find a reputable jeweller to fix. If you can't do the job, SAY NO THANKS. I had a very old watch that needed repairing & I wasn't sure if Browns could help. They couldn't access the spare parts & so it was unrepairable. But I managed to get a nice replacement watch from them, which I am very happy with. Brown's had a good selection of reasonably priced watches to choose from. Sometimes you just need a good local jeweller/watchmaker.
My boyfriend and I got Christmas presents for each other from here. Very happy with the jewellery and great service. We even got a generous discount
