This is by far the worse experience I’ve ever received from any company!! I called to get a commercial quote and not only did it take 3-4 days. I didn’t even get a quote. And the representative preferably rather text me then to call me. I kept being ignored and treated as if I didn’t matter! I would NEVER recommend anyone to deal with this company. And to make matters worse, he still hasn’t giving me what I’ve asked for and I’m still being ignored. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Poor customer service, especially from Nathan, who is very rude when dealing with customers. Please stay away from this company
