Craig was very nice came by about 10 mins later. He actually knew our house. Had it fixed in no time. Very happy!

Called Craig two days in a row and he said he was on his way ..... he never showed up or called to let me know he wasn't going to be here. After speaking with several people, they said they had the same experience and would never call on him again. Not very reliable or professional at all! I would not recommend!
