They were great. Very responsive and gave me a great estimate. They asked all the right questions and would’ve been my choice but I did not use any HVAC company. I was able to adapt my situation myself (I have an extensive construction background). I would definitely give brown a chance. I would like to thank them for their time and honesty

I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Complete waste of time, poor customer service, and from my experience- they clearly do not care about making sure their customers (or potential customers) are satisfied. My home warranty service is too booked up and had me contract out the work needed and they would reimburse me for the repairs.
