Ordered some college graduation announcements, was told they would be in within 2 weeks (3 the latest), which by their arrival, I would have 3 weeks to send them out Perfect etiquette timing for announcements. I called a few times a week after the 2nd week (and the week after) and every time they would tell me these would be mailed out "in a couple of days." Had a good experience in 2014 the first time i had to order graduation supplies. Ordered grad supplies this time in Feb 2016. We Didn't get the graduation plaque. I have called about a dozen times, always got voicemail. Always left a message with all the info. Today they finally answered the phone. She informed me they had the plaque, but didn't have my daughter in the computer so they had no idea what to do with it. Now they're going to mail it. 10 months later. .. That's ridiculous .
It was supposed to have the ring tracker for the class of 2016 for ys to fallow and here a month later it is still not up
