Sales great service not so great The sales staff is fantastic they will go the extra mile to help you get the car you want. The service department is not as customer friendly. It seems that the service is slow and it takes too long for them to get the job done.
Horrible Service Experience Had the worst experience ever with the service department. I spent nearly $27,000 on a brand new Ford Vehicle from this dealership and they put me in the worst piece of crap for a loaner. Not to mention I have this loaner for a week. I have to pump the brakes in order to stop, it is rusted throughout, and there are mysterious stains all over. It is a disgrace that I gave this place so much money and I get treated like crap. The service department is far from friendly. Kiss my business goodbye!
