Used this delivery service for the first time. Unfortunately, my initial order was not delivered at the appropriate time (likely delivered to the wrong address). I spoke to Alex and he quickly remedied the situation, sending a beautiful arrangement the following business day. My girlfriend really loved the artistic touches of the arrangement. I will use this service again in the future.
I ordered a special floral arrangement for my mother’s funeral with very specific instructions — the cost didn’t matter, I just wanted it to be beautiful, like my mother. It was supposed to include certain flowers, a ribbon that said “Our Angel,” and one yellow smiley-face balloon to represent her spirit. What I received was nothing close to what I asked for.
