We had a great experience at Browns. We were at both the West Liberty store and the one in Elkader. Matt at West Liberty answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect vehicle at the Elkader store. Regan in Elkader had the vehicle ready and waiting for us, answered all our questions and my husband loved the fact that everyone was friendly, we did not feel pressured at anytime to “buy”.
