I’ve been going to Browns for twenty years. Mostly for food. The last two times I was in there, I waited for over ten minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Five people standing around behind counter while one person works. All of the non workers on the clock met my frustrated gaze, but no one even said Hi or give me a minute. Been a staple of mine for years but twice in a row having been there and ignored for over ten minutes, I won’t be going back.
