Me and 3 brothers were on our way home from Myrtle Beach Bikefest to Raleigh, NC when one bro lost his clutch cable in Historic Downtown Conway. We called and searched til we found Brown's. We sent pics of the part and they called back and said they had it if we could come get. They were very friendly and compassionate to our needs. When we arrived safely back in Raleigh, I texted them to let them know and it seemed as though that meant alot to Katie and Chris. Great people, very nice shop and super friendly!

Excellent service, I am from out of town and the squeezed me in when they didn’t have to. Also showed me things about my bike I didn’t know. Wish I lived closer this is an excellent shop!
My carburetor support bracket broke and the air filter fell off on the way down to the beach. Browns Cycles welded everything up and got me back on the road extremely fast. This is the place to go when you need some bike help. 10 Stars/Would Recommend
I was in town for spring bike week and had a bolt break that was holding one of my bags and my sissy bar on. Called Brown's Cycle Werx and they were super busy but they did me a solid by getting me in so I could enjoy the rest of bike week. No better way to say it other than those guys at Brown's is awesome! If y'all need some work done, I definitely recommend you check these guys out. 🤙
