Riding across the country every year, breakdowns and issues are gonna happen. I stopped in recently and the boys dropped what they were doing and got me back on the road in no time !! I’ve been in lots of $$ dealerships and in plenty of independent shops - and these boys do it right. They’ve got plenty of “hands-on” parts and pieces ! Me and 3 brothers were on our way home from Myrtle Beach Bikefest to Raleigh, NC when one bro lost his clutch cable in Historic Downtown Conway. We called and searched til we found Brown's. We sent pics of the part and they called back and said they had it if we could come get. They were very friendly and compassionate to our needs. When we arrived safely back in Raleigh, I texted them to let them know and it seemed as though that meant alot to Katie and Chris. Great people, very nice shop and super friendly!

Excellent service, I am from out of town and the squeezed me in when they didn’t have to. Also showed me things about my bike I didn’t know. Wish I lived closer this is an excellent shop!
My carburetor support bracket broke and the air filter fell off on the way down to the beach. Browns Cycles welded everything up and got me back on the road extremely fast. This is the place to go when you need some bike help. 10 Stars/Would Recommend
