I've been doing business with the Browns for 30+ years and I would not step foot in any of the other so called "shops" that are listed at the top of this list. When it comes to service, knowlege, and honesty (Not some bar that sells motorcycle and parts) there is not a shop in the country that can compete. (Sorry really didn't mean to rant) What bothers me about seeing this particular "Ranking" is the fact that no other loyal customers have spoken up for Brown's. Browns Cycle Repair Browns Cycle Completely rebuilt 1975 1000 xlh motor everything new except cases, jugs,and heads. but cases, jugs,and heads were completely rebuilt to beter than factory spec's.
