Jim did a great job cleaning my wood stove. I highly recommend him.
Great work, very nice guy! Have had Browns come out multiple times for wood stove cleaning and check up, and once for dryer vent cleaning. First contacted when we had a small chimney fire our first burning season and he helped us through the types of local wood we burn, and how hot the fire should be to keep creosote from building. Gets the job done fast but will answer any questions you may have. I can tell he cares.

Jim Brown was contacted to service a Majestic fireplace insert. The problem is that the fireplace doesn't ignite, even though the pilot flame is visible. Every step taken to diagnose if the problem was the thermostat or the fireplace was explained to him. A service visit was scheduled for 26 days later. On the scheduled date and time, service was provided which included a rigorous cleaning, the first in at least eleven years.
