The food is solid.. one of the best browns I ever had . They have a dipping sauce for the gizzard here that I can't remember the name of but it's very good .. it's like popeyes sweet heat. Like ghost pepper sauce or something
The livers and gizzards had to much salt older people is trying to cut out so much sodium,
Cook did not wear gloves while preparing food
