The recommendations for Brown's Carpet Cleaning were not wrong. Communication was great and my carpets look new. I also had a couch cleaned and received a call when they arrived onsite because it is a sectional sofa. Instead of just going ahead and cleaning it, they called to make sure I was okay with the price. When cleaning a sectional sofa, they take it apart and clean every surface so the cost is higher than a normal one piece sofa and they wanted to make sure I was okay with the price. Brown's cleaned my carpets Dec 10th. My carpets had not been cleaned in 3 years. They almost look new. Excellent cleaning service.
He arrived on time, and was very friendly. After looking at the job (putting the carpet in a room back down and steam cleaning that carpet), he gave me a more than fair price. The job itself was done in 30 minutes!
Awesome service. Absolutely prompt response time and got the job done so quickly, I couldn't believe it. My cat had absolutely demolished my carpet and they got me patched up in no time. I cannot tell them thank you enough.
