Browns Automotive Inc used taxpayer money to produce a road litter adoption sign that is very obviously nothing more than advertising for themselves. Not one person, in over 10 years, has EVER been out to actually clean litter along the roadway which is currently very littered. I haven’t and wouldn’t ever use this business based purely on this sketchy use of taxpayer money to try to drum up business.
