In 2008 I have my auto towed to the Browns Automatic Transmission Service shop for repairs and there was a discrepancy between me( the owner) and the Jiffy Lube shop that repaired it. I was assured by the owner in writing and verbally that he would cooperate with Jiffy lube and replace the transmission. It never happened my automobile got stolen from the shop that was owned by Charles Ricky Brown.
