I love going to this place because Darrin makes you believe you're his only customer and he knows your car. Also, I had an experience with another mechanic and they used subpar parts that resulted in me replacing two of the subpar parts, which were less than a year old, and an additional part because it caused damage. That being said, Brown's Autocare uses quality parts and stands by his warranty to make it right. I never second guess his remedies to get me back on the road.

Mr. Brown is a thorough, meticulous repairman who keeps a friendly yet professional demeanor throughout interactions. My problem was quickly identified and explained so I could get back on the road in no time at all.
Very professional and quick. Job gets done the way it should! They know what they are doing and will take care of you.
