Rating subject to change. I inquired about getting an appointment scheduled to service my vehicle, but so far the communication and expectations have been very lacking/disappointing(?) I called in at 8 am, I was told that I would receive a text in about 10 minutes to schedule an appointment - nothing. Wow !!! What can I say. Browns came to me diagnosed the issue and after towing to the shop to get the issue fixed they did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how quickly they had me back on the road. The lead tech was very informative and what I thought was the issue turned out to be something else. With that being said I will always take a y vehicle of mine here for any service in the future. As a small business owner I couldn't afford to be down a vehicle in my fleet for too long. So thank you Browns. Y'all are the best!!
Amazing service, fantastic experience start to finish. Came out to the house to do an oil change on parked car in driveway. Was very polite and professional. I received a digital inspection report from him with images of the items not up to par. Was stunned, he had done an oil change with full inspection in less time then it takes to wait in line if you go get your oil change somewhere. Will definitely keep using them. My battery died in my Jeep and Browns Auto Care sent a technician out to test my battery and then replace it the same day. It was fantastic service from start to finish and I will definitely be using Brown’s anytime I need service for myself or my wife’s car.
Their Comprehensive Used Car Pre-purchase Inspection/Evaluation saved me from buying a clunker! And it didn't take long either.
