Completely dishonest on 2 occasions, don't ever go there! OK, if I could give these guys '0' stars I would. They are completely dishonest and will try to nickel and dime you every time you go in for even a minor maintenance routine. Totally Chill. So, I totaled a car and had a work boss stalker right before I was headed to Seattle for Christmas. I had a day to buy a car. I called around to the local Honda dealerships to price cars. None of them like discussing prices by phone, let alone when the caller is price shopping and won't come in except to sign. Big deal; I said that if we agreed on price, I'd walk in the door to sign. The salesman (Amador) at Brown's caught me when he said, "We sell relationships. Never Use Browns Arlington Honda! Absolutely awful customer service! The financing department tried to rip me off on my interest rate, then screwed up my loan by taking out two loans in my name. Not only did they never return my calls, when I spoke with management they blamed their employees and took no responsibility for the problems their errors caused me. The manager spoke down to me and belittled me, instead of fixing the loan screwup which was completely their fault!
Not an Honest Dealer We purchased a new Honday Odyssey last year from this dealer. Before we decided which dealer to go , we had got several quotes from different dealers. One dealer gave us a really good price, but it was a little bit far. So I called Brown Arlington Honda, and the salesman agreed to match the price. An Honest Mechanic I had my car inspected by the mechanics at Brown and they were honest and fast. There was a small problem and the guys at Brown walked me back to my car and showed me what on my car needed to be replaced and explained to me why it was broken. The prices are fair and the repair was done that day. My car was still covered by my Honda Care Warranty so the repair was free. I recommmend Brown to any one with a Honda still under warranty.
