I was caught up in the united healthcare departure from allegiance. What happened was I had Medicaid Obamacare Medicaid and United healthcare left allegiance so therefore I lost my medical and I was set up on a payment plan for a CPAP machine which ended up once United healthcare left The payments are no longer being paid on my CPAP Brown's called me and demanded the machine I needed the machine after a year my VA benefits finally showed up so the VA gave me a brand New CPAP and I tried to return to CPAP to Brown's they said... read more

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their answers as well as the amount of information they had to offer me. I will definitely be a customer of theirs for a lifetime. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
