Disappointed On site management is seriously lacking. I am a current resident & could not be more disappointed with the filthy common areas, broken WiFi, non-working fire pits, constantly malfunctioning garage door (only one was in & out), and the property managements inability or unwillingness to address these issues. There are numerous properties all around this one. Do yourself a favor and seek alternatives or be stuck paying for non-usable amenities like me.
Highly Recommended We’ve had a great experience renting at Brownpoint Reserve for the last (almost) 2 years. The quality of the apartments is unmatched compared to everything else we’ve seen in the Madison area. Yes, we can sometimes hear footsteps from our upstairs neighbors, but it has never been problematic for us. Beautiful outdoor space and common area.
