Felt wonderful using a local store my parents used growing up. From help picking out the most beautiful furniture, upholstery, and rug to a seamless delivery, we felt cared for all the way around. Highest recommendation. We’ll be back!
After searching for a specific piece of furniture and being basically ignored by manufacturers and some stores. I stumbled on Brownlee's. Reached with their messaging system and to my surprise, someone answered. Suzan was so helpful but when we narrowed down what we wanted, it wasn't available as a sellable item. At least she tried I thought. A few minutes later, I get a message, "I talked with my manager and found there were two in stock." Wow! was my answer. She didn't have to do that but stayed with it. Good selection, knowledgeable and friendly sales person. Fair price. Our go-to place when we need furniture.
The manager was extremely helpful with our recliner mechanical failure. My husband was having surgery and needed the lift chair to be functional. The manager came out on the weekend to replace the necessary equipment to make it work. I was so impressed, I’m trying to find a sofa and I will definitely try to find one at this store!
I went to purchase a new mattress and had a wonderful experience . Plenty of help in understanding each mattress and was told to try each one that I was interested in for at least 15 minutes. I had narrowed it down to three. These people are very knowledgeable about everything they sell and will be right there to help you with any questions you might have.
