My Husband and I went in yesterday 1/17/15 to get my Wedding rings sized down that my Husband bought there. The representatives are just wonderful. My Husband has been buying Jewelry for me from Brownlee for years now and I have never been unhappy with anything. They sent my Accutron watch to their shop to be serviced. Three weeks later I picked up the watch, and it appeared to be running. All they did was replace the battery and set the date & time. The watch loses time and I can't get the stem to move to adjust the time or the date. They must have used the stem to set the time & date, I am puzzled as to why it doesn't move now. I am now looking for a qualified watch service store.
Purchased a ring from this store - great value, pretty piece of jewelry, but wasn't overly thrilled with the sales people. While they seemed knowledgeable they were also, in my opinion, pushy. I didn't care for that.
