They did an amazing job repairing the back side of my wedding band and replacing one of my baguettes that I didn’t even know I was missing!

Janice at Brownlee designed my engagement ring using diamonds from my mother's wedding set and other rings. Janice is phenomenal and the ring is gorgeous and everything I wanted. She has a real talent for finding out what you want and making it happen. I definitely recommend checking out Brownlee Jewelers!
Good Customer Service My husband bought my bridal set here and there where just wonderful. They helped him to design and customize the ring to be exactly what he wanted and even sized it down a size and a half when he found out he ordered it wrong. The peopel there are very friendly and knowledgable and willing to work with thier customers to make sure that what they are buying is their dream peice. They even went so far as to remake his grandmothers ring so it was what his grandfather pictured in his head.
Tangled Necklace I went here because I had somehow managed to get my necklace "knotted" or tangled. I thought I could untangle the necklace myself using a safety pin and tweezers put somehow mangaged to make it worse and make the knots tigher to get lose. I took the necklace to several shops and was quoted ridiculously high prices for untangling a my chain. I took this store and the man untangled the chain.
