Amazing company! Did a wonderful job. Good not have been more pleased. Definitely recommend to any one looking for a high quality pool.
I think that Browning pools & spas is an awesome company. They may be more expensive but in the end was definitely worth it. They are very honest and have always answered all of our questions please consider them when looking for a pool or hot tub
The retail store and parts department folks are great. The service department is rude and totally unreasonable if you have an invoice that is wrong. After 15 years of loyal business and conservatively over over \$10,000 in patronage they will never see another dime of my money.
Service department was totally non-responsive to my attempt to receive warranty coverage for leaking spa shell. Even the owner would not return calls in my attempt to resolve the service issues. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
