The old lady that works there is crazy. My debit card changed & I called them in August to update it. They said they had. For September & October it declined because they were using the wrong numbers. I called to lady to straitened it out & explain what was going on. She called me a liar & argued with me for over 30 minutes about how she is not my accountant. Then REFUSED to give me the owners number or even give them my number & then told me that this conversation is ridiculous.
I had a very pleasant experience when I was a customer at this mini storage, highly recommend!
