Thomas and the team have been FANTASTIC to work with. We are new to the property management game as an owner and unfortunately had a terrible experience with the first manager (Firemark Properties - stay away) and as a result I was really reluctant to work with another manager. Working with this property management company has been an outstanding experience. After my home sustained storm damage, Teresa Cole and her team managed the entire restoration process with impressive professionalism. Even my insurance adjusters commented multiple times on how proactive and organized they were. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Truly the best property management company I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. I've been renting with them for 6 years and Teresa Cole has been incredible to work with.
