Working with this property management company has been an outstanding experience. After my home sustained storm damage, Teresa Cole and her team managed the entire restoration process with impressive professionalism. Even my insurance adjusters commented multiple times on how proactive and organized they were. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
Truly the best property management company I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. I've been renting with them for 6 years and Teresa Cole has been incredible to work with. Misleading Listing, Unnecessary Costs, and Poor Communication The Zillow listing clearly stated dogs were allowed. I provided all required certifications from a training school used by Chicago PD and was told to buy dog and house insurance, which I did at significant cost. Only after applying and paying fees did the landlord reject my dog. This should have been made clear from the start.
