Horrible customer service. Scheduled my tank to be pumped on Friday. Got a call on Thursday that they couldn’t come on Friday. They wanted to come on Saturday between 8-12. Told them we already had plans and they needed to be done by 10:30. Received an email that they were coming at 8:45. After hearing nothing called them at 9:15. We have been using Brownies for 50 years and they have always done a fantastic job. We have an old house and 2 septic tanks and they have kept us running since I was a little girl and I’m 68 now!

Javier with Brownie’s did an excellent job. He carefully found two leaks & made repairs. He cleaned up & was very professional. I would call Brownie’s again when needed!
