Used Brownies for a long time running. They installed a drain field 9 yrs ago and it has already failed. In April they pumped my 2 tanks, but the driver didn't want to locate the 2nd one so he left and told me to find it. Found it in 5 minutes after securing a probe and had to have them come back. 8 months later had to have it pumped again! Looking over tech notes, they don't actually do everything g they list so be on site when they are there to make sure they inspect the tank/system. Called for an estimate on Dec 31. They came and did a pumped out, cracked my cover and didn't say anything. On top of that, they didn't put it back correctly. Look how of center the cover is. I got all kind of sand going in my tank.
