Update: It is Tuesday and still no call. Wish I could give less stars. Called end of last year. No return call. Recently thought to give them another chance and called last week. Was told someone would call me within 24/48 hours. Friday came and nothing so I called back. Now the young lady tells me 72 hours and that they may email me instead of a call. Used Brownies for a long time running. They installed a drain field 9 yrs ago and it has already failed. In April they pumped my 2 tanks, but the driver didn't want to locate the 2nd one so he left and told me to find it. Found it in 5 minutes after securing a probe and had to have them come back. 8 months later had to have it pumped again! Looking over tech notes, they don't actually do everything g they list so be on site when they are there to make sure they inspect the tank/system. Called for an estimate on Dec 31. They came and did a pumped out, cracked my cover and didn't say anything. On top of that, they didn't put it back correctly. Look how of center the cover is. I got all kind of sand going in my tank.
