I continuously order fuel oil from them and am given terrible lead times (weeks out from deliveries). Regardless, you still don’t get your deliveries as of the date, or even week that their dispatch has you scheduled to receive your order. When you call to find out what’s going on, they tell you you’re scheduled another week or two out, as if your delivery has been pushed back.
