Have always had good experience with them.
Have been a customer of Brownies for nearly a quarter-century. Had been happy with them till this year. Ordered heating oil on February 17, with 200 gallons in tank. Called, again, ten days later at 80 gals. for update. Called more times and was told it would be soon. Called multiple times last week: Tues., then four times on Thurs. and five times on Friday. I will be running out of oil this weekend. We have 1” left in our tank. We first called on 2-17 when we still had 12” in our tank (we didn’t want to be those people that call last minute) Doesn’t matter. We called last week…nothing. Hubby called the other day and they told him “dispatch” would be calling him today….nothing. Does anyone know who else we could call? This company has to be going under
