They were able to see my car very quickly, and I really appreciated that they were honest and did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed. What an exceptional auto repair shop! Great service, friendly & knowledgeable! When I called, Brownie’s was able to check out my Kia Sportage the next business day. The mechanic not only found the problem, but took a video of it, to explain what went wrong! I was able to get the problem fixed & pick up my car the same day! Plus, I asked for an oil change & new filter. I got the oil changed, but was told, “your filter is clean. You don’t need a new one!”
