Their service is pretty quick and reasonably priced and they're really good about keeping you updated. My car was old and having repeated issues with coolant leaking. Instead of having me drop a bunch of money they explained in great detail what was going on and patched it up instead. With their expertise and advice I was able to get the car back and trade it in before it officially kicked the bucket and stuck without a car. Thank you Jackie and Jose, I really appreciate y'all's help.
My Subaru has been through a lot with José and his team at Brownie's, from catalytic converter problems to air conditioning issues & plenty in between ---- I genuinely wouldn't want to take it anywhere else! These guys are smart and do quick diagnosis and repair work for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Brownies Automotive.
They had my car for 3 days just to tell me nothing was wrong with and for me to come pick up my car and it die not even a mile into the drive. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. Y’all have wasted my time and money and lied to me saying the car was fine and in great shape. I rather you be straight up and say he we actually don’t know what’s wrong with your car or what we are doing and recommend you go somewhere else that was all you people had to do…
