Worst customer service of the very worst – Have your 5-year-old do the repair instead. You'll get better service. My warranty company has sent them out 4-5 times & they STILL haven't gotten the thing fixed. They're either a bunch of idiots or scammers. The last time the guy came out, he was complaining the whole time, about his coworker, about our fridge, about everything.
