The sales person and the owner were great. They helped me find what I was looking for. They weren't pushy like a couple other places I looked. My furniture came about a week earlier then they told me. The owner and another guy delivered my furniture at no charge. They were both very friendly. I would recommend Brownies to anybody looking for new furniture.
So far so good. We purchased a floor model mattress and John and family were very helpful, not pushy or hovering. They helped us load the mattress and included 2 pillows. They answered all our questions- next will be a review of the product after we sleep on it for a bit.
Ordered furniture from here in the past, they said 8 weeks, it came in about 12 weeks. Wrong pillows came with the couch, had to wait another 4-6 weeks for new pillows. All they did to compensate me was let me keep the "wrong" pillows. YIPPEE! What an unsatisfied customer I was! I haven't gone back and will never!
I will NEVER toss another penny to the Brownies furniture store EVER! I will get whatever I need some place else, even if I have to spend more.
I purchased an Ashley chair from the owner's online store on Amazon, titled johndavidsonbass (I want to clarify that it was not directly from Brownie Furniture, but the SAME owner). I purchased the chair back on June 6, 2014 from him. The chair arrived with a crack backing. I emailed John in a timely manner. He said that he would send another backing.
