We worked with Brownhill Homes on a two lot development in Kilsyth. The builds were of high quality and we were very happy with the finished product. Our supervisor Josh was outstanding and great to work with, very practical and attention to detail. Open communication and great follow up. Minor maintenance items were addressed quickly. If you engage with this builder be prepared to have a hell of a time arguing even about the most obvious defects and things they built wrong in your property. Lack of communication skills, professionalism and honesty can summarise my experience dealing with this builder for more than one year. My home has been recently built and completed with Brownhill Homes. I couldn’t fault the service from start to finish, everything worked really well and I was kept well informed throughout the built; which I really appreciated. A special mention to Chris Brownhill for his professionalism approach!
