Completed our build (Dual Occ) with Brownhill Homes just over 12 months ago. A huge thank you to Chris, Dave and the team including Dilek who was fantastic through our Colour Consultations and from a planning perspective. Reason we built with Brownhill was due to quality, reputation and whole of house which not many builders offer. Brownhill took over our Council Plans and managed the remainder of the documentation through to Demo, Build and landscaping ensuring a smooth and easy process. We worked with Brownhill Homes on a two lot development in Kilsyth. The builds were of high quality and we were very happy with the finished product. Our supervisor Josh was outstanding and great to work with, very practical and attention to detail. Open communication and great follow up. Minor maintenance items were addressed quickly.
