The maintenance person, Larry, who oversees our building is the most thorough and efficient maintenance person I've ever seen anywhere I've lived. Truly incredible work and a really nice guy.
I originally posted a positive review because the maintenance person we've had for the past few years was outstanding and would always fix everything. However, he was replaced or moved to another building, and since then, no one has come to fix the building. We have had mold growing all along our ceiling for the past 3 weeks, and MAC Properties has done nothing about it. There are leaks flooding the gym and ruining the equipment. It's unfortunate that the building has fallen to disrepair so quickly.
