I left a deposit over two years ago of $1000 to be able to bid on their website fast-forward to today they revamp their website and use a different company for their auctions. I tried to ask for my deposit back from the previous website and they were told I needed to have the little piece of paper that they gave me when I first paid my deposit other than that, they would not be able to locate my account to return my money.
