Their employees are all Virtuoso Certified Travel Specialists who hold a variety of prestigious professional credentials. They do not want to be called travel agents but highly regarded travel consultants. As far as my experience with then, they are highly professional and provide excellent service. I would reccomend them to anyone. Weather you look around online or there office in Buckhead, give them a try.
This review is to address the unprofessional experience I had with Katherine Norton at Brownell Travel Agency. We chose Brownell for our honeymoon after extensive research on their 5-star reviews; however, our experience was anything but that.
