This browncroft apartment used to be a nice place to live in until Patty was manager. Now, no longer are good apartments. Maintainance request never get addressed in a day, They said it's 24 × 7 hours of help but not. When you call off hours, you will be charged for that help. They don't even fix problem within 1 day. My 7 out of 10 calls have never been answered. I can see half of the apartments got emptied out after the new manager started working here. Terrible,price is too high for the quality, and a giant rat at the dumbsters jumped at me
This eastwoodmanagment community is the worst. Specially browncroft apartments. Apartment manager lady is rude, you don't want to deal with her she will yell at you just so she doesn't have to work. This community increase rent every year between 20 to 29%. When you call them for maintenance they will not do it on same day. Manager lady who were here before, use to do maintainance request on same day and she was so good. Most of time she will not pick up call if you call office.
Just moved here a little bit ago. Time will tell, so I will update my review. Things have been great, and everything was up to standard! The office manager, Patty, is great, and is very helpful. Edit: Place going downhill. Cops here often. Overpriced. Giant rats come out near the garbage.
