Great experience. Took my car in for an annual service, Cody was very pleasant and got everything handled quickly. I also appreciated the free shuttle service offered.
Brown and Wood service is great and buying the car was almost too easy to get a good price but the sales team pushes financing and buying the EasyCare plan and it’s a giant scam. EasyCare can only be used at that one Greenville dealership and when I was out if town in another state needing a service EasyCare customer service sent me to a shop, I had the oil change and then EasyCare refused to pay the bill, even though they literally sent me there.
