As always an excellent experience with Chris, Steven and the whole Brown and Wood family. This vehicle purchase is our third in the past two years. We drive from two hours away to do business with the Brown and Wood family. Highly recommend.
I’ve purchased 2 new Cadillacs from Brown and Wood. Sales Department is very customer oriented. However the Service Department falls very short of expectations. It takes several attempts to get a call back and updates during service are non existent. It takes hours to get a basic service completed. I was promised a loaner car today but I’ve been here over 1.5 hours and nether a loaner nor an update on the status of my vehicle have been offered. Service advisor, Tim, was great to work with and had my truck completed in a very timely. Actually quicker than I was expecting he let me know the truck was ready for pickup. Oil and filter change, tire rotation and fuel filter replacement. I did have an appointment and got it in right on time.
