Going to Dr. Brown's office is a very pleasant experience which begins with making the initial appointment. When you call his office, you get an ACTUAL person on the phone -- not an automated system. I got in to see him promptly. He's thorough, knowledgeable and even fun. I can't say enough about how good of an eye doctor he is. Highly recommended.
