Here for delivery at 7AM. We've untarp and unstrap which took about 20-25 minutes. Put everything up and about 8:13AM they finally decided to come and start unloading the trailer after walking over to see what was the hold-up. He took 2 bundles off and disappeared for a while. He came back around and asked to move the trailer over a little bit, by now it's 8:42AM. Finally done unloading it's now 9:22AM.
Our church outreach program was in the process of replacing the roof on a garage for an elderly couple. The people at Brown Truss were terrific in working with us by providing a quality product in a timely manner. We are so appreciative of their support in this endeavor.
